Job Feature: Leveling a Sinking Garage Slab

The team at Foam All Spray Foam recently completed another huge success! For this project, team members “Concrete” Kristi and Garry used polyurethane foam to lift and level a sinking concrete garage slab. This garage had settled to the point that it was apparent. After the Foam All team assessed the situation, it was determined that using polyurethane foam would be an ideal solution in this case. Garage settling is a standard concrete issue that can be efficiently repaired with foam. A Look at the “Before”

If you take a look at the “before” photo here, you can see just how severely this garage slab had sunk:

During the leveling process, you can see that injection ports are drilled into the slab equally distant from each other. Once those ports are in place, the foam is injected and spreads evenly under the concrete, slowly lifting it back up into place. After the leveling process is complete, the concrete slab is now secure, and trip and fall hazards are eliminated. There are other benefits to using foam to level your concrete slab:
